John Wilkinson’s Piano For Sale

We lost my good friend John Wilkinson, this last January.  John was an RCA recording artist, as well as friend, and Rhythm guitar player for Elvis Presley from 1969 to 1977.  Playing ALL (1250+/-) of Elvis’ live shows in Elvis’ last run from ’69 until his untimely death in 1977.

I am selling his 1905 Steinway Piano that he learned how to play on as a young boy, and had until his death.  This beautiful piano has had nearly $7,500 put back into it over the last several years, to keep itin exceptional playing condition.  Below you will find a current picture of the piano, along with one of him playing it as a child.

Elvis Ring for Sale (SOLD)

Elvis Ring for Sale.  Letter from Sam Thompson…

“In November of 1972 I was introduced to Elvis Presley by my sister Linda Thompson.  I became a part of the “inner circle” of friends and frequently traveled with Elvis on road tours.  I often traveled with Elvis on concert tours and witnessed many performances and was his friend and companion until the day he died.  I ultimately became a personal bodyguard to Elvis and worked for him until his death in August of 1977.  From 1972 to 1977 I visited Graceland often and Elvis was a guest in my home many times a home which Elvis had purchased for me in July 1973.

During this time between June and August of 1977 and while at Graceland I admired a pinky ring that Elvis was wearing.  He took it off and said “it’s yours” and handed it to me.  The ring is nugget style yellow gold 14K 8 grams in total weight with a 25 point diamond.  It has been in my possession since that day in 1977.”

Asking $4000 and includes a letter of Authenticity
